From RWA tokenization and token launches to exchange strategy and post-launch treasury, OpenWorld designs, governs, and executes the full digital asset lifecycle end-to-end. We work alongside founders and teams to design launches that are built to last.

Nicole brings over a decade of crypto and community-building experience. She co-created Seed Club, a leading consumer crypto accelerator backed by Union Square Ventures, and launched one of the first L2s on Optimism. She has advised top builders including Boys Club, Poolsuite, and Metalabel. At Open World, Nicole ensures client teams are strategically positioned and operationally equipped for launch, translating technical goals into clear execution roadmaps that drive alignment and delivery.
Vincent has overseen more than $8B in fungible token launch volume during his tenure at Horizen Labs Ventures, where he also founded Denarii Labs, an early-stage token accelerator. Previously, he worked in technology investment banking at LionTree LLC. He leads Open World's token design and research frameworks, ensuring each client's model is data-driven, market-tested, and optimized for long-term network growth.
Damian brings experience from Goldman Sachs and Pantera Capital across digital-asset strategy, token markets, and growth operations. His work integrates institutional finance discipline with emerging network execution. He leads client growth and operations, helping projects scale efficiently, optimize liquidity, and align business development with token performance.
Anling built one of the largest NFT communities in the Chinese-speaking world and has led growth strategy and go-to-market execution for major Web3 ecosystems. A recognized KOL in Asia, she specializes in BD and regional ecosystem development. She leads client business development across global markets, connecting projects to key partnerships, users, and capital through trusted regional networks.
Lucas is a tokenomics and research analyst with a background in mathematical engineering and computing. He has built large-scale data systems to evaluate token launches and market performance, following an early career as a software developer. At Open World, he supports token design and research across client engagements.
